10 - 2 black grapes or blueberries (for shark eyes)
11 - 2 slices mini marshmallow or banana (for shark eyes whites)
12 - Fresh mint leaves
# How to Make It:
01 - Slice a thin piece off the base of the watermelon to ensure it sits flat on the serving platter.
02 - Cut a wedge from one end of the watermelon to create the shark’s open mouth. Scoop out the majority of the flesh using a melon baller, saving the balls for decoration.
03 - Using a paring knife, carefully carve triangular teeth along the edge of the mouth wedge.
04 - Assemble the eyes by stacking a mini marshmallow or banana slice with a black grape or blueberry on top. Secure each eye above the mouth with toothpicks.
05 - Place the reserved watermelon balls spilling from the mouth onto a large serving platter as the centerpiece.
06 - Surround the watermelon shark with strawberries, blueberries, halved green grapes, pineapple chunks, kiwi slices, and orange segments arranged in colorful waves.
07 - Fill the remaining spaces on the platter with pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, and fresh mint leaves to enhance texture and presentation.
08 - Serve the arrangement immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to maintain freshness.
