# What You’ll Need:
→ Base
01 - 1 large round seedless watermelon (approximately 2.5 kg)
→ Topping
02 - 240 g plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten yogurt)
→ Fruit & Garnishes
04 - 75 g strawberries, sliced
05 - 75 g blueberries
06 - 75 g kiwi, peeled and sliced
07 - 30 g raspberries
08 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Cut the watermelon crosswise to create a single round slab approximately 2.5 cm thick. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels for optimal yogurt adhesion.
02 - Place the watermelon round evenly on a large cutting board or serving platter.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired, stirring until smooth.
04 - Evenly spread the sweetened yogurt over the top of the watermelon, leaving a narrow border around the edge.
05 - Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and raspberries attractively over the yogurt layer.
06 - Sprinkle with shredded coconut and chopped fresh mint, if using.
07 - With a large sharp knife, cut the topped watermelon round into 8 wedges, as you would slice a pizza.
08 - Serve immediately to enjoy the best texture and flavor.
