# What You’ll Need:
→ Chicken
01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
→ Sauce
05 - 2 tbsp butter
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Pasta
11 - 8 oz fettuccine or linguine, cooked and drained
12 - 1/4 cup pasta water (reserved from cooking)
→ Garnish
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
14 - Extra Parmesan cheese for topping
# How to Make It:
01 - Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2–3 minutes.
05 - Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
06 - Add cooked chicken back to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly.
07 - Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
08 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
