02 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your preferred brand)
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
04 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (optional)
05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

06 - 4 large flour tortillas
07 - 1 tbsp butter or oil, for cooking
# How to Make It:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, tossing until the chicken is evenly coated.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
03 - Place a tortilla in the heated skillet. On one half of the tortilla, layer the BBQ chicken mixture, a generous sprinkle of cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
